A new digital resource called, ‘Dream.Work.Napa.’ was released today that will help those looking to start their careers in Napa Valley. This was developed by members of the NVV Leadership Program cohort.

The site is designed to connect people with a range of resources available on the webpage, including internships, housing opportunities, education and mentorship programs, scholarships, employment opportunities and healthcare.

The mission of Dream.Work.Napa. is to improve the accessibility and social sustainability of Napa Valley through supported educational and resource programs to attract, retain and inspire the next generation, and benefit the community as a whole.

“We are thrilled to be passionately launching a platform that we hope will inspire and support the journey of aspiring wine industry professionals kick starting their careers in Napa, support members of the community and the greater wine community,” the cohort stated, in a collective quote.

“It is important to us that the wide range of existing valuable Napa Valley resources are visible and accessible to all who are interested.”
