A Wine Cocktail to Harmonize with Summer

The crisp, well-balanced Sauvignon Blanc (available here, also on Drizly) embodies pleasant notes of citrus, floral, pear aromas, with tropical hints and grapefruit flavors on the palate, which harmonizes with Saeed’s blend of passion fruit liqueur, aged dark rum, vanilla syrup, finishing off with a splash of lemon juice and mint. Try it for yourself with the following recipe:

How to Make a Flip Mode Wine Cocktail

  • 2 parts Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 part Aged Dark Rum
  • 3/4 part Vanilla Syrup
  • 1/2 part Passion Fruit Liqueur
  • 1/2 part Lemon Juice
  • Garnish with Mint Sprig

Method: In a Collins glass, mix aged dark rum, vanilla syrup, passion fruit liqueur, lemon juice and top with Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc. Add crushed ice and stir. Garnish with mint sprig and serve.
